[HCM][Agency] KÂY EVENT: Strategic Planner Manager (Event & Activation)
Description
1.Planning task:
- Meeting and get a briefing from client with Account team.
- Organizing brainstorming sessions to propose a plan meet the client’s brief.
- Be responsible for proposing, writing or instructing & supervising planners to write Event/Activation strategy proposals.
- Be active in the presentation with client.
- Fully participating in the integration of creative /design team within bidding project and partially for execution of winning project.
- Be incharge or supervise planner for concept direction, storyboard and video clip…
- Supporting Account team for quotation (if needed)
- Identify the strategy for campaigns, projects by supporting of Account Director.
2.Team management:
- Managing traffic/workload of planning team about bidding and winning project.
- Coaching, developing and directing planner for proposal writing, presenting skill and design briefing.
- Be responsible in development of team members and her/his behavior.
- Be responsible in colleague relationships between team members, and with other departments.
- Evaluating performance of the staff quarterly/annually.
3.Other tasks:
- Updating & evaluating market overall, clients, and brands with support of Account Director
- Supervise and manage team members for researching and update new information about brands, products or competitor’s brand annually.
Job Requirements:
- More than 2 years experience in:
- Same position in advertising agency (especially event agency)
- Account Manager or upper level which is specific in term of proposal writing
- Expertise in brand/marketing works.
- Excellent understanding about marketing/brand/advertising.
- Good in general knowledge.
- Good in build solutions, decisions for difficults or urgent situations.
- Good at build team; convenience ability, and creativity and excellent in inspiration.
- Good sense of art.
- Excellent English Communication full skills
- Knowledge in event /activation operation, in reality, is a plus.
