Job summary
Under direct supervision of the Account Director, the Account Manager manages client and Agency teams during every phase of assigned projected. Account manager also leads the Agency ideas presentation starting from the brief, ensuring the ideas remain faithful to the brand and that it is kept within the time frame and budget. Ultimately responsible for finding creative and integrated solutions to the time and budget constraints that impact every project while defending the quality and integrity of the work and remaining true to the creative vision and intent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with the Agency and client’s teams to identify strategies and solutions that will best meet the client’s needs and resolve the problem within established constraint
- Actively participate in all project activities, collaborating on the content and presentation of key client deliverables as required ensuring relevancy, strategy, quality and timelines
- Works across teams and vendors to estimate costs and timing for tasks such as digital strategy, functional design, visual design, technology requirements, social media management etc., utilizing established estimating process and tools
- Responsible for managing projects lifecycle, including creative, production, finances (estimates, status reporting, revenue forecasts, invoicing, etc.) and reporting
- Work closely with clients to manage advertising campaigns, consult on developing of the marketing strategy, marketing plans to meet their business’s objectives
- Perform a thorough client needs analysis and provide solutions
- Develop and present integrated marketing communication strategies to realize marketing and brand objectives of clients as well as maximize the effectiveness of investment
- Synchronize activities with account executives, for whose training Account Manager is responsible for
- Handle day-to-day account servicing & dealing with clients
- Maintain a very close relationship with each client through routine follow-up and exceptional execution
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of advertising or media, at least 1 year in the manager position
- Good knowledge of global brands, marketing, strategy, and concept
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, presentation fluency
- Decision making ability and sense of judgment
- Good team-work player with sense of responsibility
- Problem solving skills
- Fluent in digital – ability to spot latest trends, strong in web and social analytics, online media
- Fluent in English. Good at computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet…)

SOCIAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
Position overview
The Social Media Account Manager (SAM) will be responsible for implementing and accelerating social media strategy across Client’s channels. Core focus of SAM will be to take lead on content planning, development and management on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Zalo and LINE. He or She will be a key contact between Leo Burnett and client. SAM will provide assistance of planning and account services in regard to always on as well as ad hoc Agency’s projects involving respective social assets. Social Media Account Manager will have to integrate content planning, development and community management responsibilities held by allocated team of creative and community managers.
Responsibilities
- Oversees Social Media team handling content and communities across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Zalo, LINE…) and reports to the Client, the Head of Digital and Business Director
- Act as key contact between Leo Burnett and Client. Primary contact with Global Team and regional personnel
- Create and manage Editorial Calendar and ensure that content is placed online in a timely manner w/o error and as per guideline
- Liaise with creative team to produce Social Branded Content
- Source content for campaigns. Integrate campaign plans as needed by providing supervision and planning assistance
- WIP meetings, attending conference calls, delivering content proposals, cost estimates, reports and strategies to create social conversation excellence
- Investigate dashboards and tools. Pull and interpret data and report insights on what types of content is effective as per objectives
- Manage localization of global content into a strategic feed for production and integration with local partner channels
- If necessary, establish, maintain and leverage relationships with bloggers and influencers as required
