🍀RESPONSIBILITIES🍀

📷 Maintain good relationship with external partners to increase product listings, sales and profitability

📷 Negotiate the terms of business cooperation that will bring highest profit to company

📷 Participate in building a marketing strategy for pitching the project

📷 Drafting the contract, monitoring the payment process under the contract agreement

🍀REQUIREMENTS🍀

📷 Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing/business administration or management

📷 Having at least 2 - 3 years of work experience as Key Account Executive

📷 Communication skills, case handling, negotiation, presentation, partnership development

📷 Having a good relationship with media clients in the real estate industry

📷 Having legal knowledge when drafting the contract
