JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Key roles & Responsibilities:
- Project Management (60%)
- Responsibility as project manager in implementing projects.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure client’s requirements and company committed.
- Client Service (30%)
- Responsible for project’s implementing client service.
- Make presentations.
- Maintain and develop existing and new clients.
- Consult, support and give solutions to reach the best client service for business efficiency.
- Team Management (10%)
- Support head department to recruiting, training, following and evaluating employees of team.
- Support to coach specialize, industry knowledge, market trend, products, services, soft skills.
2/ Requirements
- Professional knowledge/ Major: College up degree (Economic, Marketing, Communication, Language..)
- At least 02 years experiences in Senior Account Executive position at ATL/BTL agency.
- Have teamwork skills: team orientation, conflict management, networking.
- Have personal impact: presentation skill, organizational awareness, patient and passionate, adaptability, flexibility and digital innovation.
- Have continual improvement: analytical thinking, creativity, continuous learning.
- Have leadership skills: team leading and leadership, problem solving and decision making.
- Other skills: crisis management, numerical ability, financial awareness, professional knowledge, project management, customer service mind.
- Under pressure of sales target.
- Good communication and persuade customers.
- Sensitive to business development opportunities, in-depth knowledge of the industry and products.
- Knowledge of strategies, ideas, implement the Trade & Marketing programs.
- Knowledge of branding, marketing and communication.
- Influence English and MS office skills.
