About The Position

We are looking for a SEO Specialist who will take the main responsibility in our ambitious organic traffic growth plan, getting our content hub and product pages placed in front of our target customers to make our product (Education Industry) become the top of mind in Vietnam.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze products, analyze customers and competitors to formulate SEO strategies.
• Create and execute SEO plans.
• Research and build keyword set for SEO.
• Work with Development team to make sure all web-based products support SEO standards (SEO on-site), improve site speed and indexing, monitor and record keyword ranking / performance.
• Work with Content Team or manage the freelancer/vendor’s team to build and execute content generation process for relevant content hub articles.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
• Support implementing retargeting ads campaign.
• Build and implement link building strategy (both backlinks and internal links).
• Manage campaign costs based on budget and monthly cost estimates.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize SEO efficiency.
• Be able to build satellite and micro websites.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEM campaigns.
• Check website content to ensure it is engaging and relevant.
• Make daily checks of website health and logging the results.

Requirements

• Degree in marketing, business, or computing.
• Good in English, both verbal & written.
• Minimum of 3-year experiences working in SEO with a proven track record of results.
• Excellence in SEO skills & tools (Google Tag Manager, SEMRush, …).
• Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across search engines (especially Google).
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a big advantage.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Being very passionate about content and digital media platform.
• Excitement to adapt to the evolving needs of a “start-up” culture.
• Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement.
