[HCM-Phu Nhuan] Looking for Brand Marketing Executive
MISSION
The Branding Marketing Executive will manage all means of strategic marketing plans for both online and offline communications. Being in charge of yearly planning, project planning, resources allocation, promotions, campaigns, event and customer engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES
Initiating
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on the development of effective branding marketing content and visual (online and offline) that drives traffic and awareness to retail locations.
- Develop and manage digital advertising initiatives through online channels
- Coordinate with Operation team to organize in-store events and activations
Execution
- Closely work with agencies to ensure the quality of execution branding marketing plans to be done on time and satisfying the brand’s standard.
- Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding
- Responsible for the most cost- effective and best quality production of all communication materials
- Responsible for planning & implementation of all campaigns including promotional and activation activities that promote brand
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with Operation team to support the launch / implementation / feedback of marketing campaigns
- Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaign
Reporting
- Summarize, evaluate and do a report for marketing activities
- Provide necessary information for planning and budgeting
- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by the Marketing Manager
COMPETENCIES
Functional knowledge & experience:
2 - 3 years of experience in Marketing or related field. Working experience in F&B industry is a plus

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Education: Bachelor and above (Marketing related degree is a plus)
Experience: at least 2 years (Previous experience in Retail/ Entertainment/ F&B is a great plus)
Language: English
Office skills: Office computer skill, able to use social networks insights is preferred
Attitude: Hard working, caring, agile, creative, earnest, ready to work with customer, honest, good moral
