F.Learning Studio is seeking an Account Executive to be the last missing piece to our dynamic team!!!

About us

We are a young Hanoi-based company, focusing on providing creative solutions to education through animations. Since 2016, we have managed to gain an international clientele ranging from high-ranking universities to innovative training firms in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a dynamic production house that welcomes any creative and passionate who is looking to define the future of education.

What you do

  • Respond to new service requests, prepare proposals, give advice and follow up potential customers (via email and online meeting)
  • Coordinate with production team for on-going projects, provide the team with client insights to effectively meet client’s expectations
  • Work closely with production manager to manage project timeline and output quality
  • Provide marketing team with customer insights to build effective marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing team on required activities to effectively approach and nurture new prospects (ex: research, client reports…)

Skills needed

  • Previous experience in working for agencies as account position
  • English fluency since you will need to communicate with international clients via email and call
  • Strong communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills
  • Detailed-oriented and good organizational skills
  • Open-minded, willing to try new solutions, be able to move with a dynamic team
  • Result-driven and self-motivated
