[HCM] [Client] Gior Fashion Ltd,: Sales Supervisor (Retail Fashion)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Track and manage all stores in the brand you manage across the country.
- Supervise and manage the activities of subordinate employees: assigning parts, shifts, urging employees when necessary.
- Monitor the goods and products provided, track, record, and report full data.
- Monitoring and ensuring the business progress, the work of the department under the management.
- Support customers, join negotiating and exchanging products with customers. There is always a plan to solve the problems that arise and non-positive feedback during the service.
- Make a plan to promote business, plan business.
- Report work promptly and accurately to the BOD. Responsible for all activities within the scope of management, ensuring the work is completed on schedule and effectively.
- Responsible for training sales skills, communicating company policies and standards to employees.

REQUEST:

- University graduate majoring in business administration
- At least 3 years of working experience in the same position
- Knowledge of fashion preferred (love sport)
- Good interpersonal skills with English and Vietnamese.
- Agile, dynamic, flexible in any situation. Agumen in solving problems. Besides, withstand high pressure at work
- Analytical skills capturing customer psychology
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Be able to motivate employees to complete monthly target

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS:

- Salary 13th (certainly). Bonus 1-3 month salary depends on the Company situation
