[HCM][Agency] Yomedia: Looking for Social Community Manager

Responsibilites

  1. Identifying new business oportunities, and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
  2. Planning and implementing social medial campaigns for Clients.
  3. Providing the list of Celebs, KOLs, Community Fan-pages, forums matching with Client’s requirements.
  4. Monitoring work performance of social media team.
  5. Achieving revenue and profit targets set by Board of Directors.
  6. Recruiting and training new social media staff.
  7. Reporting performance periodically to Sales Manager.

Requirements

  1. Career level: Senior, minimum 3 years experience in Social Media Marketing (Agency experience is preferred): Facebook, forums seeding, PR…
  2. Strong celebrity and KOLs network, and possess good knowledge and understanding of Facebook Ads.
  3. Leadership, teamwork, motivated, goal oriented, detail oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
  4. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  5. Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
