[HN][Client] Br24 Vietnam: Looking for Human Resources Manager

Job description

  • Identifies human resources needs, proposes and implements recruitment;

  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions and keeps them up-to-date by the time;

  • Operates recruitment procedures, works with headhunt and recruitment services suppliers;

  • Seeks and filters candidates' resume, arranges interview schedules;

  • Operates the recruitment procedures (provides information and results to candidates, related departments and receiving department);

  • Subscribes to the signing of labor contracts. Postponement/ adjustment, implementation and termination of a labor contract, ensures the process is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Company and Law;

  • Imports, updates, manages and controls HR information, staffs' profiles as prescribed;

  • Calculates salary, payroll, monitors and manages the annual leave and vacation regime;

  • Monitors and resolves the social insurance, health insurance for employees of the Company;

  • Monitors, updates and manages profiles and Company's labor list;

  • Performs statistical monthly recruitment reports or at the request of the management;

  • Performs other duties as required from the Board.

Job requirements

  • Male / Female, aged 26 to 35

  • University graduate, preferably majored in the human resources Administration, Law, Economics;

  • Knowledge of labor, social security, tax and related laws;

  • Minimum of two years experience in a similar position;

  • Proficiency in insurance operations (calculation of insurance premiums, payment of the allowances for health, health care etc.)

  • Careful, hardworking, progressive, willing to learn;

  • English communication, proficient use of office computer and the Internet.
