[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: Associate Creative Director
I. Key responsibilities:
- Effectively manage your Creative Teams to produce original and usable concepts in response to creative briefs
- Review, judge and refine work produced by Creative Team
- Present key creative concepts to clients and defend the rationale behind the thinking
- Oversee all aspects of the final creative product
- Develop relationships with Account Teams, Strategy and Planning, Creative Services and Production
II. Job Functions:
Individual Creative Output
• Produce and craft original and usable concepts and art direction in response to creative briefs
• Present work internally and externally in a clear and professional manner
Client Relationship Development
• Develop the client relationship to support the delivery of the creative work
Collaboration
• Work closely with relevant Account and Creative Teams, ensuring effective communication
and management of teams’ expectations
• Work with Account Teams to understand the clients’ brands and manage projects in a way
that will support the delivery of the brand
• Actively encourage and facilitate collaboration within the team and other departments in the
agency
Team Leadership
• Will be required to manage a team of around 4-5 people to work on Brand work including integrated campaigns, digital campaigns and social media.
• Manage creative output of the department to ensure consistency and quality of work delivered
• Prioritise workload within the department to ensure demands are managed to meet client and
internal expectations
• Develop the Creative Department to anticipate and reflect the changing needs of TBWAGroup
and its clients
Financial Management
• Accurate recording of work time
III. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years at an Advertising agency.
- Bachelor degree.
