[HCM][Client] Zalo: Partnership Manager, Zalo Ads
What you will do
- Conducting market research to evaluate customer needs on Zalo Ads platform;
- Developing new sales opportunities and potential clients: global and local brands, agency…;
- Be in charge of customer support: ensure quality of services and KPI commitment;
- Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree; major in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Foreign Trade;
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in digital agency, ads platform or relevant industry;
- Having a strong digital agency network will be a big plus;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, customer management and presentation skills;
- Having knowledge about Zalo Ads and the Zalo platform with user’s view is an advantage;
- Be good at analytical and problem solving skills;
- Be good at English.
