SUMMARY

Account Manager (AM) is who responsible for development and maintain clients with the best service quality; ensure revenue and profit objectives annual; built and develop team that fit to company's morale and culture.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1/ Key roles & Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service (40%)

- Responsible for annual sales objective, ensuring efficiency in revenue and profits.

- Consult for direct manager potential business strategies to expanding and developing the market.

- Consult solutions to develop service that reach competitive quality in the market.

- Maintain and develop existing clients.

  • Project Management (40%)

- Responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating and developing employees.

- Manage and optimize business investment costs.

- Built management process that enhance service quality and products.

  • Team Management (20%)

- Responsible for recruiting, training, following and evaluating employees of department.

- Responsible for coaching specialize, industry knowledge, market trend, products, services, soft skills.

2/ Requirements

- Professional knowledge/ Major: College up degree (Economic, Marketing, Communication, Language..)

- Working experiences in the equivalent industry: at least 05 years experiences at FMCG, Retail, Trade Marketing,.. or 02 years experiences in Account Supervisor position.

- Have team work skills: team orientation, conflict management, networking.

- Have personal impact: organizational awareness, patient and passionate, adaptability, flexibility and digital innovation, planning and organizing.

- Have continual improvement: analytical thinking, strategic thinking, creativity, continuous learning.

- Have leadership skills: team development, team leading and leadership, delegation, influence and negotiation, problem solving and decision making.

- Other skills: crisis management, numerical ability, financial awareness, professional knowledge, project management, customer service mind.

- Under pressure of sales target.

- Good communication, presentation and persuade customers.

- Sensitive to business development opportunities, in-depth knowledge of the industry and products.

- Knowledge of strategies, ideas, implement the Trade & Marketing programs.

- Knowledge of branding, marketing and communication.

- Influence English and MS office skills.
