[HCM-HN][Agency] T&A Ogilvy: Hiring Account Manager - Social

T&A Ogilvy is looking for Account Manager with this role as below:

Works with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives.
Understand clients' business and identifies opportunities to grow our business with them.
Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
Provide the highest levels of client servicing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed to plan, on time and on budget.
Hold regular meetings with client to review performance and propose recommendation
Ensure the Campaign and Project KPI's set with the client are met and delivered on time
Achieve revenue targets from key clients.
Continue to improve account efficiency profitability.

2 to 3 years of experience in Social /Digital Marketing (Agency experience is preferred).
Track record of project management and campaign execution
Understanding and deep knowledge about social and digital environment
Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
Team player who can work well with tight deadlines
