[MIBS] [HCM] We are hiring: Digital Markeitng Executive

I. MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of digital marketing campaign to promote the company’s social media activities to community

1. Manage company’s social media pages; such as websites, fanpages, social media groups and others social media channel to optimize company’s communications activities through social media platforms.
2. Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns: facebook ads, google ads and others ads on others social media platforms.
3. Development and maintain performance reporting for digital marketing campaigns, online sales, SEO performance, competitive analysis
4. Coorditate with people in Communications Department such as PR, Copywriter, Content and Designer optimizing content for all company’ social media acitivities.
5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
6. Continuously search for new opportunities, monitor the market trends, and propose the ideas to grow the digital/online business for the company.

II. YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
1. Degree or certificate in Digital Marketing or related fields.
2. More than 2 years experience on Digital Marketing Executive or similar.
3. Strong experience in SEO/SEM
4. Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g: GG adwords, Google analytics, Webmaster tool, SEMRush, SEOQuake, Ahref…)
