[HCM][Client] Hoozing: Tuyển dụng SEO Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES

Play a very critical role in Marketing department, fully responsible for Marketing activities of all new Hoozing‘s project:

Develop optimization strategies that increase the company‘s search engine results rankings
Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company‘s website and marketing materials
Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance
Efficiently communicate with other marketing professionals to align goals
Collaborate with others within the marketing department to manage SEO strategy
Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

REQUIREMENTS

Experienced at least 2 years in SEO; experienced in Real Estate industry is a plus.
Well-understanding in SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics, Web Master Tools, Bing, WebTrends,…
Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
Knowledge of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Ability to capture well the needs of the market;
Dynamic, enthusiastic, dedicated to work;
Communication skills, presentation, negotiation, good persuasion;
Ability to work independently and in group; OT is conditional to workload requirement
Having knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
Report to: Marketing Manager
