• Be responsible to manage all accounts assigned to you proactively to ensure sales delivery, customers’ satisfaction and retention
• Develop new accounts and active follow up on sales opportunity (CRM)
• Ensure timely and proper communication between client and in-house team
• Get orders, prepare quotes, sales proposal and contracts for customers
• Develop and maintain good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
