[HCM] Hoozing: Tuyển dụng Marketing Manager cho Mobile App

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare to launch the mobile app and generate users, leads. Make sure effective implementation of marketing strategies across customers.

Work with Tech team to complete the mobile app.
Prepare and provide end-to-end project management, requirements and budget.
Build up marketing and product strategy to grow app‘s new users and active users.
Set clear KPIs for marketing activity including number of users, leads.
Analyze and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns based on performance KPI’s.
Review implementation of plans on on-going basis and provide guidance to management to ensure that KPI’s are achieved.

DETAILS EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Excellent performance in App platform (at least 2+ years of experience).
Tertiary qualified with ideally a Marketing/Business Degree.
Strategic marketing experience in a real estate company is a plus.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Advertising production costs.
Confidence and ability to sell and negotiate with senior managers.
Entrepreneurial and ability to take initiative.
Ability to ‘see the big picture’, make decisions and work with minor supervision.
