[HCM][Agency] TBWA Group Vietnam: PRODUCER

Summary

BOLT is the new, nonconventional Production Unit of TBWA Group Vietnam. We handle broadcast and content, together with the disciplines of Account and Creative, to help our clients with their production needs for traditional (TVC) and digital video assets. As the Producer you will play a major role in the flawless development and execution of the entire production process while keeping our clients and industry-leading suppliers aligned to deliver exceptional works within a limited timeline.

You will be responsible for:

- Broadcast Agency producing:​ handle TVC projects and manage external PHP.

- Content low-budget Producing & Line producing​: handle low-budget works (digital campaigns, CSR films or viral clips) by searching, allocating and recruiting cost-efficient freelancers and vendors. Scope of work:

1. Broadcast Agency producing:

- During the pitching process: ​Manage external PHs to make sure costs, directors met Account & Creative requirements.

- During production & post:​ manage PH and lead projects to ensure they are produced on creative, within budget, and to the highest levels of production excellence

- Act as the crucial bridge between internal teams and vendors to ensure all communications get aligned quickly and efficiently.

- Work with multiple partnersvendors and negotiate agreements to achieve the most profitable deals.

- Maintain and develop quality relationships with all partners.

2. Content low-budget Producing & Line producing​:

- During the briefing process:

- recruit cost-efficient freelancersvendors such as videographer, animator, sound editors, music composers, color grader and another production talent that is suitable for the project.

- Propose plans for costs and execution.

- During the production & post:

- Manage production as the Producer and Line Producer.

- Maintain and develop quality relationships with all partners.
3. Client success & BOLT success:

- Maintain and develop quality relationships with clients so that their journey with BOLT is smooth and enjoyable.

- Understand BOLT as an agile and unconventional production company: we get the job done at speed and with excellence. We understand traditional spending for commercial production has reduced and thus it takes brave approaches to make sure everything gets executed perfectly.

Key Qualifications

Our ideal Producer is someone with:

- An excellent ​attitude ​and a ​willingness​ to grow.

- Has a strong passion for film-making, story-telling and delivering industry

- Leading works with a sense of pride.

- Has at least 1 years of experience as an agency producer or freelance equivalent

- Has at least 2 years of experience a Production House producer or freelance equivalent

- Is a strong leader, a reliable problem solver, and a brilliant communicator

- Solves problems ​creatively with a good sense of urgency whilst putting clients’ interests first.

- Is able to anticipate and plan for changes.

- Can handle pressure in a calm manner while working under tight deadlines and last-minute changes(with minimal notice)

- Drives clear and consistent communication, helping everyone stay informed without overwhelming the team.

- Leads and motivates teams with both direct and indirect reporting relationships.

- Tracks expenses, show how the costs have evolved, and explain the story behind it.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
