[Client] Digital marketing Lead

Client: Pasteur Street Brewing Company

Position: Digital marketing lead

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Website, Facebook, Tripadvisor, etc.)
  • To develop and implement digital marketing strategies based on the company's various and evolving products and services including SEO, SEM, PPC, etc
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
  • Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.
  • Research and explore new Online Digital Marketing Platform & Consumer Application as well as measure cost-effectiveness
  • Setting up and managing Google Analytics or other analytics tool to measure the effectiveness of all campaigns and properly track visits, events and conversions
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Maintain and build new partnerships with media agencies and e-commercial vendors (Grab, Momo, banking…)
  • Maintain and develop CRM Marketing to build loyalty & brand influencers
  • Manage and improve consumer experience through hotline & delivery service

REQUIREMENT

  • Hard-working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
  • English (spoken & written) is required
  • Have least 1-2 year experiences as Digital Marketing Lead or similar role in F&B and agency
