Client: Pasteur Street Brewing Company
Position: Digital marketing lead
RESPONSIBILITY
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Website, Facebook, Tripadvisor, etc.)
- To develop and implement digital marketing strategies based on the company's various and evolving products and services including SEO, SEM, PPC, etc
- Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
- Collaborate with designers to improve user experience
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
- Content creation – writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials, and material for social media channels.
- Research and explore new Online Digital Marketing Platform & Consumer Application as well as measure cost-effectiveness
- Setting up and managing Google Analytics or other analytics tool to measure the effectiveness of all campaigns and properly track visits, events and conversions
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Maintain and build new partnerships with media agencies and e-commercial vendors (Grab, Momo, banking…)
- Maintain and develop CRM Marketing to build loyalty & brand influencers
- Manage and improve consumer experience through hotline & delivery service
REQUIREMENT
- Hard-working, Patient, Punctual, Proactive
- English (spoken & written) is required
- Have least 1-2 year experiences as Digital Marketing Lead or similar role in F&B and agency
