[HCM][Agency] Saatchi & Saatchi VN: Account Trainee

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Meeting clients for briefings and support Account Manager in presenting proposals to clients for approval, minutes meeting report;
• Assisting Account Manager in briefing with agency colleagues, and work with them to plan and implement the best advertising solutions for the clients;
• Proposing contract for Clients, Supplier under Account Manager supervision;
• Financial administration;
• Performing other adhoc tasks as delegated by Account Manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFIERS:

• Bachelor degree.
• Hard-working, proactive dynamic and willing to learn attitude.
• Quick to absorb and analyze large amounts of information.
• The ability to cope with pressure and work to tight deadlines.
• Excellent English communication (written and oral) skills.
• Willing to work with team spirit and high responsibility.
• Candidates with internship experience in an advertising agency are preferred
