POSITION: ACCOUNT MANAGER

Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This involves maintaining
Cốc Cốc’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients in order that they will continue
using Cốc Cốc for business. It also involves identifying potential new clients and business
opportunities and persuading new customers to place business with Cốc Cốc.

1. JOB DESCRIPTION
● Develop personal plan under the guidance and direction of ID
● Sell Coc Coc ads to direct customers including existing customers and new customers of
the Industry to achieve the assigned KPI
● Plan and target spending for each customer to ensure money enough for ad campaigns
and pre-condition to achieve the proposed KPI
● Propose solutions in order to optimize customer advertising campaigns
● Complete the required reports
● Attend seminars / training (if any)
● Coordinate with team members and other departments to reach personal target (KPI)
● Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS
● At least 2 years of experience working in a sales, customer service and/or business
development-based role
● Experience with digital marketing solutions
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Confidence and ability to perform well under pressure
● Basic English, computer literacy.
