KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. People
• Assist Brand Managers & team in general administrative works to ensure daily workload being managed efficiently – budget project tracking, overhead process & tracking.
• Follow up with project activities & generate report relating to brand activities, market as required.
• Effectively manage Brand Support Expenditure budget & process flow to ensure there is no financial management issue, spending in line with forecast/budget.
• Manage Brand’s documents, keep them orderly and always ready for retrieval. Also has to comply with Company Record Retention policy
• Liaison with business partner, agency and external suppliers to ensure that all tasks are delivered as per schedule.
2. People
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, agency and external suppliers in order to deliver all assigned tasks.
• Build good relationship with other functions: Procurement, Marketing Finance, Corporate Communications/Legal in order to ensure smoothly operation.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- The principal skills are required in thinking / operating strategically, making things happen and communication / interpersonal skills
- Able to engage and inspire others and support high performing team
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
- Able to build self awareness and listen to others
- Good general administrative / secretarial skill is preferred.
