Korean top 3 agency is seeking 1 Account Executive to join our HCM team.
Job Description
- Client Service:
- Maintain and develop client relationships. Understand their marketing communications needs.
- Write project briefs that accurately capture client’s needs, objectives, and budget, and that give colleagues the information they need in order to do their best work.
- Ensure that the company’s work exceeds clients’ expectations.
- Develop new project opportunities with past and existing clients.
- Manage client billing and collections.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate Creative and Planning team to ensure project goals are met
- Manage projects and campaigns, accounting for quality, schedule and budget.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files.
- Production:
- Oversee effective relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Engage in translation and copywriting (English/ Vietnamese/ Korean) as needed.
- KPI Management:
- Monitor the effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
- Prepare client reports.
- New Business:
- Participate in company brainstorms.
- Participate in new business pitches, prepare pitch decks, proposal documents, and presentations.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Excellent written and spoken Korean (Topik 5) OR English (IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700 above would be an advantage)
- University degree in marketing, media & communications, foreign trade, foreign languages etc.
- At least 01 years working in global communications/marketing/advertising agency.
- Strong desire to pursue a career in communication & advertising
- Good customer service attitude
- An innovative and creative personal style
