[HCM][Client] GHN Looking for position Digital & Brand Manager

1. Job description

  • Build customer platform & customer segmentation across all digital touch points. Understand customer behaviors via data. Suggest & execute digital marketing plan according to optimize acquisition cost & conversion rate.
  • Monitor market trends. Oversee promotional and marketing activities to ensure the right message is delivered for GHN services.
  • Optimize in-house channels and customer digital touch points to ensure consistent brand and customer experiences
  • Research competitive landscape in related logistics and ecommerce businesses. Understand online merchants and end users. Identify potential communication channels
  • Strategize digital marketing content, channel & budget: website, facebook, google, instagram, zalo, affiliates, etc.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments (BD, Operations, PR, EB, Legal to ensure campaign effectiveness. Monitor and communicate post-campaign metrics with related teams.

2. Request

  • BA/MA degree in Technology, Marketing, Foreign Trade or a related discipline
  • Customer-centric and business-oriented mindset
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing / data analytics
  • Understanding product / service business development
  • Proven success working in a fast paced environment
  • Have experiences within an ad agency, a tech/ ecommerce company, a B2B business is highly recommended
  • Good analytical skills
  • Be an exellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, both in Vietnamese and English
  • Be a team leader, able to inspire others
  • Strong organizational skills: must manage time and budget efficiently
