[HCM] [Client] Home Brands by Central Retail Vietnam Tuyển Dụng Key Account Manager

Responsible for building, managing and developing long-term E-commerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-commerce partners

- Develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each E-commerce partner

- Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales,…)

- Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans

- Prepare and present products proposals to future and current E-commerce partners

- Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance

- Analyze and interpret E-commerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.

- Work closely with other departments (Supply chain, Merchandise, Finance, Marketing) ensure the consistency of CRVN voices when speaking to the accounts.

- Act as the expert of his/her account, to ensure as much alignment as possible. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders.

- Other activities according to job requirements and assigned by superiors.

REQUIREMENTS

- Candidates with University/College degree, at least 2 continuous years of experience in Sales/Wholesale or relevant experience in account management.

- Proven track record of sales and business development, account management. Prefer candidates having experience in E-Commerce platform (such as Lazada, Tiki, Shopee, etc…)

- Good experience in Retail/Wholesale

- Proven ability to engage and manage relationships with major partners (especially E-Commerce).

- Business result-oriented: ability to perform, budget & manage forecast

- Strong analytical thinking, planning, problem solving and project management skills

- Strong sense of business and highly result-oriented
