[HCM] Operations Executive - Ads in Car

Get to know the Role:

As Operations Executive for AdzRunner - Start Up Millions Dollar, you will support fleet ads campaigns operations. You will work alongside sales team to optimize and improve existing fleet ad ops process and ensure smooth operations for all campaigns.

The day-to-day activities:

- Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns by liaising with sales teams/clients, production vendors, partners and internal teams to ensure healthy fleet utilisation year-round.

- Lead the end-to-end AdzRunner driver-partner experience from sign ups, scheduling, participation payouts to resolving disputes.

- Manage the partnerships that drive our in-car digital display business-- reviewing creative submissions against guidelines, schedule management, facilitating scale-up plans as well as monthly reporting and billing.

The must haves:

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 1-3 years work experience

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

- A track record of high performance, accustomed to working against measurable targets and OKRs

- A strong team player and excellent communicator
