Currently, we are looking for a Digital Media Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This person plays important roles in below area of a Digital Transformation and Digital Marketing agency:

Digital Media Strategy & Planning:

  • Client facing: To build and foster client relationships by taking charge of the client’s media requirements from formulating strategies and plans to final implementation

  • Strategy: Provide insights led solutions for brand problems through Destination Planning and other media tools. Generate ideas for brands and lay down communication approach to achieve innovations across mediums. Focus on the quality of output/consistent performance/professional code of conduct/sense of ownership/honesty and integrity.

  • Planning: Understand knowhow of digital media. Involve in strategic planning. Create a 360-planning approach for new campaign. Provide media plans across mediums post media brief mining and other data analysis.

  • Contribute to new business presentations and analysis through insights, media plans and innovations

MarTech and AdTech Solutions:

  • Study and apply MarTech & AdTech solutions to enhance digital marketing effectiveness and performance, such as:

    • CX solutions: Engagement Automation,

    • Analytics (Web, App, Data)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of relevant media experience, digital strategy/buying or planning preferred

  • Experience in Acquisition Marketing/Automation Marketing

  • Comfortable working with budgets and numbers - must love data

  • Excellent verbal and written skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities and attention to detail

  • Microsoft Office

  • Use of 3rd party syndicated research resources (i.e. Comscore, Similarweb, etc.) is a plus
