We are looking for a full-time Marketing and Sales Online in HCMC.

BOMI is a premium hair product made in Korea with inspired social presence. We aim to maintain high quality brand image across channels. We have brand guideline and visual style so looking for staff can maintain standard and come up new content following it.

Customer experience is our key concern. Although BOMI is new brand in local market, we have gained good reputation with hundred positive feedbacks from students, officers and celebrities. All staffs should try to satisfy customers in every touch points: consultant – selling – after sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the strategic directions marketing plan from marketing manager.
• Writing and proofreading content.
• Lead internal team to deliver work on time and on point (following brand guideline/ maintain brand image).
• Work with partnership: co-branding activities.
• Manage social pages: updating, responding, optimizing.
• Sell and shipping products to customers.
• Take care wholesaler as online beauty stores and hair salons.
• Monitor performance: including engagement on social and sales result.
• Prepare report by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.

Requirement

• Based in Saigon. Basic English level.
• High aesthetics sense.
• Multitask ability, quick learner, proactive and comfortable to work in a start up working environment.
• Ability to do one of this role is big advantage: optimizer (know how to use Facebook Ads Manager, boost ads on IG/FB), or designer.
• Detail-oriented to maintain brand image and take care customers well.
• Experience 1 year as Sale / Marketing online or Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
