[HCM][Agency] TBWA: Account Manager

Title: Account Manager
Report to: Head Of BOLT
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam


Summary
BOLT
is the content production arm of TBWA Group Vietnam. We transform disruptive ideas to video
content that’s timed to perfection, resoundingly relevant and precisely targeted to help our clients
communicate with their easily distracted consumers in the digital age.


As the AM you will play a major role in the development and success of BOLT and will be responsible
for:
- New Business ​with brands and long term relationship with them
- Closing deals ​to meet business targets


Scope of work:
- Seek, nurture and grow new clients ( or work collaboratively with our account team
for existing clients). Develop quality relationships with them so that their journey with
BOLT is smooth and enjoyable.
- Manage contracts, budgets and expense reports.
- Achieve business targets (annually reviewed)
- Leverage consultative, solution-based sales approaches to identify opportunities
within existing customers or active new business pitches, gain buy-in and support
sales activity using subject matter expertise to a successful win
- Support business development opportunities including: presenting capabilities,
creating strategic recommendations, developing pricing/rate cards, and support
relevant teams in the early development and implementation of programs
- Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise of BOLT’s and TBWA service offering in
order to deliver winning sales propositions and customer solutions
- Maintain CRM database (Salesforce) to ensure accuracy of records and information
- Develop a sales pipeline through prospecting and developing a strong network of
mid- and senior-level contacts
- Utilize superior communication skills to clearly develop, articulate and present
proposals
- Prepare and report weekly metrics to Head of BOLT and leadership team
- Ensure that all activity aligns with their broader company strategy and goals


Key Qualifications
Our ideal Account Manager is someone with:
- An excellent attitude and a willingness to grow.
- 2-3 years of content marketing, digital, marketing or video production sales experience
- Demonstrated experience and track record developing relationships, achieving sales targets
and pitching/winning customer business
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong collaboration skills
- Experience in senior-level customer engagement and relationship development
- Sales/business development experience in marketing, content production or social/digital is
ideal
- Demonstrate innovation, ideas and thought-leadership in the development of service
improvements and customer solutions
- Ability to lead presentations, manage sensitive customer conversations and leverage
decisive problem-solving skills
- Passionate, positive and solution-oriented attitude – this is the glue of our team
- Willingness to travel occasionally


Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
