[HCM][Agency] TBWA: Post Production Specialist

Title: Post Production Specialist
Report to: Head Of BOLT
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Summary
BOLT is the content production arm of TBWA Group Vietnam. We transform disruptive ideas to video
content that’s timed to perfection, resoundingly relevant and precisely targeted to help our clients
communicate with their easily distracted consumers in the digital age.

As the Post Production Specialist you will play a crucial role in our Post Production process and will
be responsible for:
- Editing:​ offline and online (medium visual effects & titles) on lower scale projects.
- Managing ​BOLT’s reels and portfolios.

Scope of work:
1. Post Production :
- Owning the Offline/Online process (draft cuts, final cuts, minor grading and minor
sound mixing)
- Perform medium to advanced motion graphic works using Adobe AE.
- Ensure smooth running of our post production department including diligent
attention to our media and project backups.
- Research on newest Video trends and editing techniques to support Creative and
Pitch teams on ideation.
- Export deliverables in a wide range of formats
- Work to production timelines and deadlines.
- Support pitch teams by quickly putting a relevant Director reel that best matches
clients’ product and communication needs.
2. Managing BOLT’s Portfolio:
- Manage BOLT’s completed deliverables to best execute the edit of BOLT’s reels in
the future.
- Edit BOLT’s reel on a yearly basis

Key Qualifications
Our ideal Editor is someone who:
- Has exceptional attention to detail.
- Possesses an excellent attitude and willingness to learn.
- Is a great team player and communicator, excellent at dealing with producers, clients &
Creative teams daily.
- Always duplicate sequences before making new changes.
- Has a strong passion for filmmaking, storytelling and delivering industry leading works with a
sense of pride.
- Has at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position (Agency/PH) as a mid to senior editor
- Understands the rhythm and synchronization of audio and visual and how to best match
them to strategically create a certain mood and feel.
- Has excellent knowledge of Adobe Premiere and good skills of using AE, AI and PTS (or has
the willingness to learn and improve on mastering those software).
- Understands that versatility is required for this position to best support Post Production
needs.
- Often creates edits that makes us sit up and take notice.
- Is organised with their folders and critical with file naming.
- Is able to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
- Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and is always up for challenges.

Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
