Title: Producer
Report to: Head Of BOLT
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Summary
BOLT is the content production arm of TBWA Group Vietnam. We transform disruptive ideas to video
content that’s timed to perfection, resoundingly relevant and precisely targeted to help our clients
communicate with their easily distracted consumers in the digital age.
As the Producer you will play a major role in the flawless development and execution of the entire
Production process while keeping our clients and industry leading suppliers aligned to deliver
exceptional works within a limited timeline.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing development of projects from starting brief through final delivery.
- Partnering with internal creative teams (during ideation) and external vendors/freelancers
(during Pre, Production and Post)
- Supporting the strategic and production goals of brand teams
Scope of work:
1. Agency Producing:
- Lead projects to ensure they are produced on strategy, within budget, and to the
highest levels of production excellence.
- Manage contracts, budgets, releases and expense reports.
- Act as the crucial bridge between internal teams and vendors to ensure all
communications and executions are on track, on brand and within budget.
- Work with multiple partners and negotiate agreements where varying opinions are
the norm.
- Maintain and develop quality relationships with all partners.
2. Client success:
- Master client’s brief and creative needs to ensure they get conveyed across all
departments in the most efficient and consistent way.
- Depend on projects’ scale, you’ll either communicate with Account team or directly
with Client’s Brand team to coordinate on all production aspects, logistics and issues
to make sure we deliver results on clients’ interest.
- Maintain and develop quality relationships with clients so that their journey with
BOLT is smooth and enjoyable.
Key Qualifications
Our ideal Producer is someone is someone with:
- An excellent attitude and a willingness to grow.
- Has a strong passion for film-making, story-telling and delivering industry leading works with
a sense of pride.
- Has at least 1 years of experience as an agency producer or equivalent
- Is a strong leader, a reliable problem solver and a brilliant communicator
- Solves problems creatively with a good sense of urgency whilst putting clients’ interest first.
- Is able to anticipate and plan for changes.
- Can handle pressure in a calm manner while working under tight deadlines and last minute
changes(with minimal notice)
- Drives clear and consistent communication, helping everyone stay informed without
overwhelming the team.
- Leads and motivates teams with both direct and indirect reporting relationships.
- Tracks expenses, show how the costs have evolved, and explain the story behind it.
Education & Experience
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
