[JOB DESCRIPTION] - RETAIL MARKETING LEADER

Role and Responsibilities

• Deploy and track 5P strategies by stores in nationwide
• Develop shopper solutions based on customer insight.
• Work with brand marketing team, merchandise team and sales operation team to plan & implement go-to-market activities at store level
• Coordinate promotional materials and ensure consistent brand message
• Responsible for Marketing activation for the country and have the touch point expertise to implement: Brand activation and Category demand creation; the activity grid and new product Go to Market for the subsidiary that is developed by Consumer Marketing in the Hub
• Tracking and evaluating retail marketing campaign results, report directly to Marketing Director.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing related field
• At least 4 years’ experience in Marketing
• Conceptual thinking.
• Strategy skills/Strategy consulting a plus.
• Strong passion and drive to get results.
• Constantly updating market/consumer insight and market intelligence.
• Product knowledge.

Incomes: 800 - 1200 $/ month.
