A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for the creation and execution content producing. Involve and coordinate with other teams to drive success of marketing campaigns. / Vai trò này chịu trách nhiệm cho việc sáng tạo và thực hiện sản xuất nội dung. Tham gia và phối hợp với các nhóm khác để thúc đẩy thành công của các chiến dịch marketing.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research ideas and provide creative solution options for different types of request. / Nghiên cứu ý tưởng và cung cấp tùy chọn giải pháp sáng tạo nội dung cho các loại yêu cầu khác nhau.

• Generate the content plan/ proposal: Objective, timeline, detail content explanation, content ROI rate. / Lập kế hoạch / đề xuất nội dung: Mục tiêu, lịch biểu , giải thích nội dung chi tiết, tỷ lệ ROI.

• Write detail script and provide required content information. / Viết kịch bản chi tiết và cung cấp thông tin nội dung cần thiết.

• Cooperate with other teams in the pre - production phase. / Hợp tác với các nhóm khác trong giai đoạn tiền sản xuất.

• Support Creators and team during shooting time (if required). / Hỗ trợ các bạn Creators và nhóm trong quá trình quay hình (nếu được yêu cầu).

• Supervise post production phase for hero and original content. / Giám sát giai đoạn sản xuất các loại nội dung.

• Review content performance, problem and solution. / Xem xét hiệu suất nội dung, vấn đề và giải pháp.

• Update content status daily/weekly basis. / Cập nhật trạng thái nội dung hàng ngày / hàng tuần.

• Seek for learning opportunities and share to the team. / Tìm kiếm cơ hội học tập và chia sẻ với nhóm.

• Other tasks assigned by line manager. / Các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi quản lý trực tiếp.

C, REQUIREMENT:

Qualification:

• College or Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 1 year of equivalent experience.

• Experience in screenplay writing is a plus.

• Basic knowledge about video-making is a plus.

Skills

• Have creative thinking, learning, exploring to improve skills.

• Be able to adapt a story into a script.

• Ability to write well, build story-lines in accordance with the chosen idea.

• Excellent writing skills in Vietnamese (English is a plus).

• Proficient in MS Office.

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.

• High sense of responsibility, flexible and proactive at work.
