Position: Senior Field Trade Executive
Department : CP&A
Reporting to : Field Trade Lead/ Channel Lead
Working location : Ho Chi Minh office
A. General job scope:
This position is accountable for make sure all Trade activities are right executed by Sales team align with the company guideline, update all feedback of Sales and Retailers about all activities, then giving proposal for improvement & fix plan, build the customized supporting for the region to achieve the region growth in term of share/Revenue/ASO/MSL, provide full the picture of market competition which help Trade team build re-action plan promptly.
B. Main responsibilities:
1. Regional Support & Auditor:
-
Trade Visit on in charged field to:
o Check all the effectiveness of all activities including the Promotion, Visibility and Marketing activation, …
o Check the execution of Sale's deployment in Sales Focus, Activity support and Retailer communication.

Regional Ambassador to get feedback from Sales team, Retailers about Trade Programs, propose the plan to develop that region.

Monthly/Weekly tracking all region KPIs
2. Region Brand Health Check:
-
Totally in charge of the brand health picture in each region. Partnering with ASM/RSM to make it effective for both internal & external KPIs.
3. Region Ambassador of Channel Team:
-
As the regional Ambassador and partner with RSM/ASM to build the long-term (Yearly, Quarterly) & also short term (monthly) plan to develop the regions.
4. Market Information Consolidation:
-
Gather information about price, competitor activities, retailer price to catch-up the fact in the market
C. Qualifications:
•Bachelor degree, specialize in BA, Marketing, Economics, Business Management
•At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing/ Sales or related fields
•Have the understanding of Sales practice, Distribution channel and Distributor Management System
•Have good knowledge of FMCG market
•Have experiences in Channel/Category analysis
•Shopper Insight/Customer by Channel Insight
•Analysis, Excellent in Excel, PowerPoint, Presentation skill
•Good communication in English and Vietnamese
•Good problem-solving skill and Multi task handling
•Willing to travel as business requested
