Currently, we are looking for an Operations Director (OD) who has an administrative role for both internal and external. He/She has the mandate, credentials, and desire to act as well as advise. He/She is both an influential collaborator and a perfectionist. He/She has worn many hats before at a variety of companies or agencies before taking on the responsibilities and tasks. The OD will ensure functional delivery for a portfolio that includes: Account, Experiential Planning & Execution, Integrated Design.

The OD directs and coordinates the internal structure of an organisation based on company policies, goals, and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and forecast financial activities

• Develop new retaining clients

• Reinforce/maintain and build up the company's image

• Manages daily operations to deliver best quality for clients

• Implement company policy, core value to employee

• Audit and assess processes of assigned division and propose as well as implement operations improvement aligned with YNG Culture

• Develop a team-based environment to motivate and inspire staff to work collaboratively toward vision and goal, by clearly communicating agency vision, implementing yearly staff development plans and mentoring

• Build effective talent pool to support recruiting strategy

• Build and maintain successor in areas that align with company competencies and values

• Other tasks assigned by BOM

Benefit package: Basic salary, management bonus and ESOP package
Promotion: Can be promoted to Managing Director

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 08 years working experience in the similar position of Digital, Communications or Advertising agencies.

• Embrace and have strong mindset of digital, data and technology as future of marketing & business.

• Minimum of 05 years people management experience – hiring, coaching, developing and training

• Creative, innovative, flexible, strategic thinking

• Strong leadership & people management skills, empathy

• High sense of judgement & responsibility

• Possesses high level of reliability, integrity and personal ethics
