JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: MEDIA INTERN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support media:
  - Execution: Booking by Approved plan (Offline & Online advertorial), follow up and react with supplier to solve problem if any to make sure the campaign’s smoothly on-air
  - Report: Follow weekly/monthly report, post-buy reports for both offline and online advertorial
• Undertake administration tasks
  - Liquidation for each campaign, billing (scan airing certificate + actual plan + ABM + invoice request) send to manager for signing
  - Upload the data to required system
  - Scan, print, sign-off/stamp on each media briefs send back to client
• Support team to run data if needed/ad-hoc request

REQUIREMENTS

• Fresh graduate or studying at the 4th year who can work full time
• Good at written and verbal communication skills
• Highly committed, passion, pro-active, honest, integrity
• Well organized, detailed, persevere, diligent and willing to learn
• Good at MS Office, analysis skill and critical thinking is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure
