A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This role is responsible for designing text and images for digital media such as posters, screen layouts, templates, thumbnails, infographics, banners, digital display including motion graphics video and deploy branding plans, topics and activities on employers' brand pages of Human Resources.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

B.1 Design (50%)

Designer may need to manage more than one design project at a time and typical activities include:

• Creating elements such as posters, screen layouts, templates, thumbnails, banners, digital display that suit the project's purpose.

• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and develop interactive design.

• Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.

• Developing visual ideas that suit the brief.

B.2 HR - Employer Branding (50%)

• Contributing concepts and Developing ideas that suit the Employer Branding.

• Schedule and carry out the offline and online activities, articles, images, videos, content...etc for Employer branding.

B.3 Other tasks assigned by line manager.

C, REQUIREMENT:

Qualification:

• College or Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of year 1 year of equivalent position.

• Experience in company size from 100 - 200 is a plus.

• Experience in Graphic Design, managing Social pages.

• Advantage for College or BS degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.

Skills

• Experience with Adobe collection (Especially in: Illustrator, PhotoShop, After Effect and Premiere Pro)

• Creativeness and understanding in color, typography, imagery and overall composition

• Self-motivation and the ability to work to deadlines to cope with several projects at a time

• Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain ideas;

• Open to feedback and willing to make changes;

• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese communication.
