A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION/MÔ TẢ CHUNG

To provide an efficient and responsive administrative, organisational, and logistical service to the talents, helping them to manage and prioritise their time. You will be responsible for providing full assistance to the talents when they require. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to effectively plan and organise your workload and the initiative to resolve issues quickly in an appropriate manner.

Hỗ trợ các vấn đề giấy tờ hành chính, tổ chức và hậu cần hiệu quả cho các Creator, giúp họ quản lý và sắp xếp ưu tiên thời gian của họ. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ chính cho các Creator khi họ yêu cầu. Bạn sẽ có cơ hội chứng minh khả năng lập kế hoạch và sắp xếp hiệu quả khối lượng công việc của mình và đưa ra sáng kiến để giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng theo cách phù hợp.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH

• Work closely with Creator, arrange working schedule and timeline/ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với Creator, sắp xếp lịch làm việc và thời gian;

• Coordinate with account team to receive information/ Phối hợp với phòng Quan hệ khách hàng để nhận thông tin;

• Be in charge of material preparation: script, schedule, timeline, costume, etc../ Chịu trách nhiệm chuẩn bị vật liệu: kịch bản, lịch trình, thời gian, trang phục, v.v...;

• Support Creator at the events/ studios, capture photos or record live-streams/videos for facebook post/ Hỗ trợ Creator tại các sự kiện / studio, chụp ảnh hoặc ghi lại các video hoặc phát sóng trực tiếp cho bài đăng trên facebook;

• Coordinate with Content Marketer to conduct content for sponsors. (Follow script to prepare materials, support Creator to conduct livestream in the correct timeline)/ Phối hợp với Nhân viên Tiếp thị Nội dung để tiến hành sản xuất nội dung cho các nhà tài trợ. (Dựa theo kịch bản để chuẩn bị tài liệu, hỗ trợ Creator phát trực tiếp theo thời gian chính xác);

• Provide the assistance for Creator when they participate in any events such as: TVshow, gameshow, interview, etc.../ Hỗ trợ cho Creator khi tham gia vào bất kỳ sự kiện nào như: TVshow, gameshow, phỏng vấn, v.v ...

C, REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor (or higher) degree;

• Have at least 1 year experience in an equivalent position, customer service or event organizing;

• Advantage for majoring in marketing or business;

• Have experiences working in Marketing firm/Agency;

Skills and Specifications:

• Eager & fast to learn, positive thinking, good teamwork and actively improve your skills;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proactive, hard-working, flexible, willing to learn, creative, friendly;

• Good at English communication, both written and verbal skills;

• Have strong skills of work management and time management;

• Willing to travel for work if required.
