[HCM][Agency] Adtima tuyển dụng vị trí Data Analyst
What you’ll do:
- Focus on data CRM that matters of our sales and ads operation team
- Analyze data and generate useful conclusions and actionable recommendations for sales and planning team
- Work closely with internal Adtima teams, including sales, planning, ads operation and other related functions, to collect and push for KPIs
- Create, support and maintain data models
- Build clear process and dashboard to make the interaction with other teams simpler and faster
- Analyze and explain changes in key performance indicators
- Apart from owning and managing multiple Business initiatives, as part of Audience Insight team, he/ she will be involved into some ad-hoc projects to collect information from related stakeholders to build insight for the campaigns/ brands
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data analyst role, working with large data sets and/or complex Excel models
- Experience working with BI tools (QlikView, Tableau, etc.)
- Proactive and passionate about data and solving problems
- BA/BS or higher. Major in finance, statistics, quantitative economics or another degree emphasizing data analysis preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to remain organized
- Good at communications skills
- Experience in the advertising / marketing industries is preferred
