IV. Job Description Summary
An Account Manager is responsible for the management of client accounts. The account manager acts as the interface between the customer services and sales departments within company. This involves maintaining Cốc Cốc’s existing relationship with a client or group of clients in order that they will continue using Cốc Cốc for business. It also involves identifying potential new clients and business opportunities and persuading new customers to place business with Cốc Cốc. AM are responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and work out how Cốc Cốc can best meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a senior client representative: Responsible for developing and maintaining relationship with client’s key decision makers, understanding client’s needs and objectives, ability to provide insightful advice to senior clients and promote the expansion of business
- Manage client expectations of timing to ensure that projects are delivered at the highest quality levels, on time and on budget, while achieving the expected profit for the company
- Present proposal to client, ability to address questions and drive the meeting to reach a conclusion
- Support Account Director in recruiting and developing Account Executives, providing frequent training and coaching for Account Executives
- Lead account team of AEs/SAEs throughout the end-to-end client serving process (from proposal to pitching, onboarding, and execution)
V. Job Qualifications
1. Academic: BA degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or related disciplines
2. Experience:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in media industry, marketing, business development or related capacity
3. Skills
- Intermediate understanding of digital disciplines (creative, technology, user experience, strategy)
- Effective team management capabilities Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel
