A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

Account Intern at Creatory - the leading company in managing and developing Creators, is one of the most extraordinarily challenging position ever that you will ever have for your career path. This position would bring you to experience many tasks in different fields, and find yourself a major one to develop deeply.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Account Intern are responsible for:

• Be responsible for setting up brief meeting, receive brief, write creative brief, internal debrief and Proposal preparation;
• Able to handle day to day duties of Account Management role (work flow control, meetings, minutes, estimates, records, checking etc) and delights clients with the accuracy and timeliness of work;
• Preparing quotations, contracts and monitoring the performance of the contract;

C, REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM)
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented;
• Be able to work individually and as part of a team;
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good at written and spoken English;
• Have listening, negotiation, presentation and time management skills;
• Proficient in MS computer skills (MSWord, Power Point, Excel).
