A, GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

Responsible for creating script, and editing videos that meet quantity objectives and deadline.

B, MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Edit video creatively and fit the content/ Biên tập, dàn dựng video một cách sáng tạo và phù hợp nội dung
• Cooperate with team to create creative changes in both video content and technique/ Phối hợp với nhóm để tạo ra những thay đổi sáng tạo cho video về cả nội dung lẫn kĩ thuật
• Use words, images and sound to set off video content/ Sử dụng chữ, hình ảnh và âm thanh để làm nổi bật nội dung của video
• Edit sound and music to match video scenes/ Xử lí khéo léo âm thanh và âm nhạc phù hợp từng khung cảnh video
• Be creative, follow trend of video content to produce the best video product/ Sáng tạo, tìm tòi những xu hướng mới để luôn sản xuất ra những sản phẩm video hay nhất

Education and Qualifications:

Học vấn và bằng cấp:

• No pre-requisite education / Không đòi hỏi bằng cấp
• Advantage for Experience in producing Youtube program/channel/episodes / Kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất chương trình Youtube / kênh / tập là một lợi thế
• Advantage for Experience in producing entertainment, vlog, MV music related videos / Kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất các video giải trí, vlog, video âm nhạc là một lợi thế

Skills and Specifications:

Kĩ năng:

• Must have good English skills to communicate with foreigner team lead during work hour / Có khả năng tiếng Anh tốt để làm việc với trưởng nhóm người nước ngoài trong giờ làm việc
• Storytelling abilities executable in video, yet applicable to other mediums / Khả năng kể chuyện thông qua video, hoặc các kênh khác
• A broad aesthetic, diverse creative styles and an ability to bring to life a creative team’s vision / Mắt thẩm mĩ cao, phong cách sáng tạo đa dạng và khả năng mang đến tầm nhìn sáng tạo cho team
• Have knowledge in technical skills such as colour grading, compositing, green screen, retouching, format conversion / Kiến thức và kỹ năng như chỉnh sửa, phân loại màu, tổng hợp, màn hình xanh lá, chỉnh sửa, chuyển đổi định dạng,...
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere; Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator / Kiến thức về Adobe Premiere; Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, và Illustrator
