A. General Description Of The Position

Develop and implement creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support Creators and drive online traffic.

B. Main Responsibilities

• Share content through various channels, ensuring strong digital presence;
• Build and manage company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and additional channels;
• Develop and maximize third party relationships to deliver on Creator objectives and strategies;
• Receive user feedback and generate ideas to increase user engagement;
• Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence;
• Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target audiences;
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
• Be responsible for video and Livestream content: Content plan, budget management, content preparation and timeline, script, layout and design brief
• Creators’ image branding: create photoshoot concept to fit content direction;
• Social media management: fully control main social media channels on Facebook, Youtube and Instagram platforms: daily & viral content, campaign’s promotion on social, analytics, ads;
• Handle Entertainment (especially Music) show content: core ideas and concepts, content preparation, script, production brief, report;
• Fan-meeting organization;
• Other tasks assigned by line manager.

C. Requirements

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor (or higher) degree.
• Advantage for majoring in marketing or business.
• At least 2 years of experience in equivalent position
• Have experiences working in Marketing firm/Agency

Skills and Specifications:

• Working experience in digital marketing, especially in Entertainment.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Up-to-date with the latest MUSIC trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Experience in KOL marketing is a plus.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Ability to analyze and demonstrate ideas analytically.
• Good knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
