Traveloka is a technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Founded in 2012 by ex-Silicon Valley engineers and aims to revolutionize human mobility with technology. Today Traveloka is expanding its reach by operating in six countries and experimenting with new endeavors that will create large impact in the markets and industries we touch.

A. Job Description

• Write persuasive, clear and concise copy that serves our consumers and increases click-through rates;
• Collaborate with Visual Communication Designers in the making of an engaging and communicative story manifested through various design forms that cater to users' needs, at the same time achieves business goals;
• Provide understandable context and story to be translated into English;
• Improve communicative copy and simultaneously maintain consistency across all interfaces and communication channels;
• Produce concept for creation of branding and promotional materials;
• Other tasks assigned by BOD.

B. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce copywriting;
• Fluency in English is a must, min. iBT (Internet-based TOEFL) 100 or its equivalent;
• Have a strong capacity of empathy in understanding online consumer behavior;
• Critical thinking and ability to persuasively influence through storytelling;
• Great attention to detail with critical eye, he/she must be able to write data-informed copies with little to no revision;
• Have an ability to convey ideas and concepts to support content creation;
• Self-driven in managing and accomplishing projects under tight deadlines and be able to work in a high demanding environment with minimum supervision;
• Familiar with SEO basic knowledge;
• Experience writing short-form advertising is preferable
