General Summary

Digital Planner is responsible for strategic planning, executing & controlling projects. Successful digital planner can support wide range of clients and industries with good knowledge in marketing, especially digital marketing, financial analysis, social network. / Chuyên viên digital planner chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch chiến lược, thực hiện & quản lý dự án. Một planner thành công có khả năng hỗ trợ nhiều khách hàng từ nhiều ngành hàng khác nhau cũng như có kiến thức marketing, đặt biệt là digital marketing, khả năng phân tích tài chính & kiến thức mạng xã hội.

Job functions

• Responsible for consulting & planning project progress, schedule & budget. / Tư vấn, lên kế hoạch thực hiện, thời gian & ngân sách cho chiến dịch marketing.
• Responsible for pitching & presenting ideas to clients / Tham gia pitching, trình bày ý tưởng với khách hàng.
• Responsible for executing & controlling project progress including full or part of: social channel administration, content planning & execution, keyword planning & execution, part of graphic design & copywriting tasks./ Thực thi & quản lý tiến độ dự án bao gồm: Quản trị kênh mạng xã hội, lên kế hoạch nội dung & thực thi, lên kế hoạch từ khóa & thực thi, tham gia vào quá trình thiết kế, copywriting.
• Responsible for reporting & supporting clients / Báo cáo tiến độ & hỗ trợ khách hàng.
• Responsible for cooperating graphic designer, copywriter, web developer to fulfill project requirements. / Cộng tác với designer, copywriter & web developer để hoàn thành yêu cầu dự án.
• Able to work efficiently with supervising manager. / Có khả năng làm việc với các cấp quản lý.
• Able to communicate effectively with other teammembers & clients. / Có khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả trong team & khách hàng.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in public relations, business, marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education/or experienc / B.S./B.A trong ngành Quan hệ công chúng (PR), kinh doanh, marketing, những ngành có liên quan hoặc tổng hợp các chứng chỉ kĩ năng có liên quan.
• Strong knowledge in marketing, especially digital marketing. / Có kiến thức về marketing, đặt biệt là digital marketing.
• Be able to teamwork, self-learn / Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm, tự học
• Ability of communicating in English, Japanese, Chinese is an extra / Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh, Nhật, Trung Quốc là lợi thế
