[HN-HCM][Client] Luxstay: Secretary to CEO

1. Job Descriptions

- Being in charge of all correspondence & providing administrative services required by CEO, in order to facilitate operational effectiveness;
- Communicating with internal/external parties to support all activities of the Managing Director’s office. Taking responsibility for meeting minutes;
- Managing all confidential correspondence & files such as management reports, legal documents, proposal etc…;
- Other works as assigned.

2. Requirements

- Male, bachelor or master’s Degree in Economics, Business, Marketing… available for Fresher;
- Fluent in English;
- Good Computer skills, especially Microsoft Office;
- Very good at communication & professional manner;
- Being able to work under high pressure and handle multi-task;
- Being good – looking, dynamic;
- Being able to drive car is an advantage.
