[HCM][Agency] MarillMedia: Looking for Account Executive

Position: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (PLANNING)

Key duties:

• Do thorough research to cultivate insights in preparation for the idea direction

• Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand their requirements

• Assist Content writer and Account team writing proposals and presenting to clients

• Ensure delicate service and decent product are delivered to clients, within provided resources and on time. Be a strict quality controller.

• Prepare paperwork needed for the implementation of the project

• Assist Senior Account Executive in monitoring all stages of projects

• Be a main contact between client and internal team, suppliers and internal team to keep the project going on track smoothly.

• Write status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated

• Maintain a long-term healthy relationship with clients, partners and suppliers

• Keep oneself stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor in Communication, Marketing, PR or any relevant majors.

• Fluent in English (equivalent to ielts 6.5 or above)

• Yearn for creativity and an ultimate fan of curiosity

• Strongly capable of carrying out research

• Logical and rational approach to tackling new ideas, sorting information.

• 1 or 2 years experience in Advertising/Marketing at the same or at research-related position

• A trusted partner and an open-minded observer.

It would be great if you:

• Have experience in video production industry or/and basic knowledge about motion graphics/animation.

• Be able to use design tools such as PTS, Ai,...
