[HCM][Agency] T&A Ogilvy: Looking for Account Manager

T&A Ogilvy started out as T&A Communications, one of the first PR agencies in Vietnam. In fourteen years, the company has grown to become one of the country’s leading public relations firms, with a branch office in HCMC, a work force of 57 professionals and a client base comprised of major multinational and leading local brands. In July 2009, T&A Ogilvy is now part of the growing Ogilvy & Mather Group in Vietnam that now includes Ogilvy & Mather Advertising, Ogilvy Public Relations, Ogilvy One, Ogilvy Action and Redworks.

For business development, we are now looking for Account Manager, in charge of corporate team

Job Description:

• Work with existing clients and other members of the team to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate overall strategies and plans to achieve clients’ business objectives.
• Understand clients's business and identify opportunities to grow our business with them.
• Build trust, credibility, and client relationship.
• Provide the highest level of client service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programs are executed to plan, on time and on budget.
• Hold regular meetings with client to review performance and propose recommendation
• Ensure the Campaign and Project KPI's set with the client are met and delivered on time
• Achieve revenue targets from key clients.

Continue to improve account efficiency profitability.

Requirement:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in Social /Digital Marketing (Agency experience is preferred).
• Track record of project management and campaign execution
• Understand and deep knowledge about social and digital environment
• Critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Team player who can work well with tight deadlines
