YouNet Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with these key responsibilities as follows:

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing SEO/SEM activities: Analyzing and Optimizing sites’ data & conversions, improving site ranking, performing ongoing keyword discovery, expansion & optimization, etc.
• Tracking, reporting, identifying trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid advertising campaigns
• Working with the internal development team to ensure the SEO best practices are properly implemented in current online systems
• Developing and executing short-term and long-term social media plans;
• Proactive involved in other marketing activities

Report to: Marketing Team Leader
Benefit: Basic salary, 13 month salary, Bonus based on performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven SEO experience (with recognized records in the past), in-depth knowledge of site analytics & keyword-related tools
• Proven SEM experience in managing Ads campaigns across Ad networks such as Google, Facebook and LinkedIn
• In-depth knowledge about Google Analytics (GA), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads and Facebook manager ads are required. You should know how to combine the above tools to tracking user behaviors, events, goals, campaign performance. You need to know how to customize views and filters, create a custom dashboard and generate customized reports
• You should be familiar with managing and publishing social media accounts effectively
• Prior experience on other advanced SEO-tools such as Moz, SEMRush is a plus
• Prior experience in content marketing is a plus
• Good at communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• At least 1-2 year of experience in Digital Marketing
